Service: 60 Day limited warrantee on parts and labor.
Installs: One year warranty on new door installation parts.
Appointments for warrantee services are scheduled Mon-Fri 8-4 within a 4 hour time frame. Most appointments can be scheduled within 2 business days.
Scratches, programming, setting, & adjustment, or installation damage claims covered for first 60 days only. All warranties limited to items listed on this invoice. No optional labor provided for said items against manufacturer defects and does not include regular maintenance. Any service or modifications not performed by a A Parkers Garage Doors LLC representative will void warranty. Trips charges may apply, some warranty claims may be covered via phone support only.
NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable and are required for special orders. Payment of any deposit indicates promise to pay entire balance due in accordance to terms described herein. Cancellation of special orders are handled as a returned item.
RETURNS: Service Call and Labor charges are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. Any special order items, items that have been used, not original packaging, or will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
